Cut the onion as small as possible, fry in oil and set aside. The pine bark, soaked in water and squeezed, is given on the mincer or in a blender, together with the livers. The pasta thus obtained mixes well with butter, spices and hardened onions. To taste, you can add, to this mixture, a sour cucumber, cut into small cubes. Pate spreads are made, garnished with greens.

I hadn't cooked bird liver with onion for a while, I had almost forgotten how good they are.

  • 300 gr of poultry liver
  • 2 white onions, large
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 fresh sage leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • 20 ml of red wine vinegar
  1. Wash and clean the livers, wipe them with water.
  2. Wash and clean the onion, cut it into scales.
  3. Heat the oil and butter in a pan, put the onion, a pinch of salt, and let it harden until it begins to take on a slightly golden color. Break a few fresh sage leaves and sauté them together with the onion.
  4. Add the livers, turning them from time to time to penetrate evenly. Pepper.
  5. Pour the red wine vinegar, leave the preparation on the fire until it penetrates the taste. Taste and season if you think something is missing. Do not be afraid of the sour smell of vinegar, it will disappear and the preparation will be balanced. Allow to cool and serve with the garnish you like.

How to make meatballs from chicken liver

To prepare the meatballs from chicken liver, we start by washing well 6-8 poultry liver. They must be washed with cold water, then put in a bowl and crushed using a fork. The two eggs are broken in another bowl, put flour on them then beat well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The egg with flour is put over the crushed livers, then add the garlic cloves, salt and pepper to taste, cheese and breadcrumbs and mix well, I mixed them using the food processor, but if you mix with a spoon, you have to crush the garlic in advance.

In a frying pan, heat the oil, then when it is ready, put the meatballs in the pan, using a spoon. The meatball mixture is semi-liquid so you will not be able to shape them like regular meatballs, but they will be poured with a spoon directly into the pan with hot oil.

After frying the meatball for 1 minute on the first side, sprinkle breadcrumbs on it, then turn it over and fry the part where you just sprinkled the breadcrumbs. Repeat the procedure each time before turning the meatball. The meatballs in the liver are fried for 2 minutes on each side, turning every minute.

Today I want to present you the recipe for the simplest homemade puff pastry. It cooks very quickly - in 10 minutes it is ready. No effort, waste of time and ingredients! All you have to do is mix the ingredients one at a time and put the dough in the fridge.

This wonderful dough can be used both immediately and in a few days, as it keeps very well in the refrigerator. If you don't have cream you can use kefir, if you don't have butter you can use margarine or lard, if it's sticky you can add flour.

It is an absolutely fantastic dough - delicious, elastic and easy to shape. The cookies in this dough come out super crispy and fragrant. From this amount of dough you get about 4 trays of cookies. Don't hesitate to try it!

HOMEMADE SHEET DOUBLE

ingredients

-200 g of butter (at room temperature)

-100 ml of cream (or kefir)

Method of preparation

1. Put the flour in a bowl, add the butter cut into small pieces and mix until a homogeneous, crumbly (granular) mass results.

2. Add the egg yolk and cream (or kefir) and knead the dough.

3. If the dough is sticky, add a little more flour.

4. Refrigerate the dough.

From this dough you can prepare the most delicious tarts, cookies or biscuits.

We have prepared some absolutely delicious and crunchy cookies, which melt in your mouth.

CRISPY SUCKS WITH SUGAR

Method of preparation

1. Cut a piece of dough and spread it with a rolling pin (if you spread it in a thinner sheet, the cookies will have fewer layers if in a thicker sheet - then they will have more layers).

2. Using a pizza knife, cut the dough sheet into triangles and rhombuses.

3. Beat 1 egg white with a fork. In a separate bowl put about 1 glass of sugar.

4. Sprinkle the pan with flour.

5. Soak each rhombus or triangle in egg white, then soak only one side in sugar. Place the triangles in the pan, with the "clean" (sugar-free) side down. From this dough we obtained 4 trays with cookies.


Chicken liver with pomegranate sauce

Ingredient:

  • 500 grams of fresh chicken liver
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate concentrate
  • 100 ml of water
  • 50 grams of butter
  • salt pepper
  • 5 cloves
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds + pomegranate seeds for decoration
  • a few strands of fresh parsley
