I kneaded and leavened the dough in the bread machine.
To prepare the dough I put the ingredients in the bread machine in the following order: warm water, egg, butter (which we melt in the microwave and let it cool), caster sugar, spoonful of honey, dry yeast, peel race from an orange, flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt. The dough was kneaded and leavened for 1 hour and a half.
If you don't have a bread machine, you can knead the dough very well and by hand. Put the following ingredients in a bowl, in order: flour, dry yeast, add warm water, eggs, melted and cooled butter, honey, grated orange peel, caster sugar, salt and knead well for 20 minutes, then put fermented for 1 hour, in a warm place, under some towels.

After the dough has risen, pour the dough on a well-floured work surface, spread the dough in a sheet of 0.5 cm - 1 cm thick, roll the sheet lengthwise, then cut the roll obtained into 9 rounds.
