Tiramisu recipe with lemon
Beat the whipped cream with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and 3 tablespoons of sugar. We give it to the fridge.
We make a syrup from: a cup of sugar and 2 of water, juice and peel from a lemon, juice and peel from a lime. We put them on the fire and let the syrup drop a little, we strain not to have the peel, we leave it to cool. In a cup of syrup add the lemon essence and gelatin, dissolve them well and add them over the whipped cream in which I added the fatty yogurt and mascarpone. We beat them all well, and in the end we incorporate the egg whites.
In the remaining syrup we introduce each biscuit, we put a layer of biscuits, one of whipped cream, one of syrupy biscuits and we finish with whipped cream. Decorate with mint leaves.
