Black woman with chocolate icing

Black woman with chocolate icing

For chocolate lovers the recipe is ideal! I had to prepare something sweet for Monica Sandru's baby shower and I thought that the beautiful mothers will surely love chocolate! I deviated a little from the basic recipe for blackberry, but it's even better! If you want a thicker and stickier consistency, give up the baking powder, and add 2 tablespoons of flour, and add the chocolate for the icing to the mixture and leave it less in the oven :)

  • For the countertop:
  • 8 eggs
  • 200g old
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 200g flour
  • 100g melted chocolate
  • For Glaze:
  • 250g dark chocolate
  • 50ml liquid cream

Servings: 10

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Blackberry with chocolate icing:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the egg whites until you get a hard foam then add the sugar (I added it in 3 tranches) and mix until you get a glossy meringue. Add the yolks. After mixing, put the 3 tablespoons of cocoa, flour and baking powder. Mix with large movements from bottom to top. At the end we add melted chocolate. In a tray lined with oil and flour, put the dough and leave it in the oven for approx. 20-25 or we do the toothpick test and see if it's ready :). It's simple for me, you don't have to wash the dish, my father loves to "clean" the cake bowl :))

Put the chocolate and whipped cream on the steam bath until it melts and leave to cool.

Cut the top into squares (or any shape), glaze with chocolate and garnish with fruit, then leave in the fridge until the chocolate hardens :). Serve as soon as possible and before 18 :))

For the icing: 2 tablets of dark chocolate, 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable milk (coconut, soy.) Or peanut water.

Method of preparation

In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients.

Add the oil, water and vanilla extract.

Mix well with a whisk until the lumps disappear. We need to get a shiny cream, quite liquid.

Pour the composition into a baking dish, greased with oil.

Let it cool for 15-20 minutes, then (while the black is still hot) turn it over on a wire rack.

I sliced it when it cooled, but you can leave it whole and decorate it like a cake.

We prepare chocolate icing:

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in the steam bath (so that the icing does not harden after cooling, you can add a few tablespoons of vegetable milk or water).

The peanuts, which we fried lightly, we grind not very finely in the food processor.

Grease the blackberry slices with chocolate icing and sprinkle with peanuts.

It can be served hot, decorated with bitter cherry jam and ice cream. Or just sprinkled with powdered sugar.
