Shakshuka with meatballs

In a pan, heat the finely chopped peppers with the tomatoes, add the tomato paste, the tomatoes in the juice, the basil, the spices to taste.

Mix and add the chicken soup, let it boil for about 2 minutes, then add the meatballs and let it boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly, make holes with a spoon, add one egg and cover the pan with a lid.

Let cook for about 5-7 minutes until the eggs are ready.

At the end we add green parsley.
