Chop the onion, put it in a bowl and rub with salt. Add pepper, oil, parsley and vinegar to taste. At the end, put the smoked fish cut into pieces.
It is very good served immediately, but it is much better if left to cool for 20-30 minutes.

How to make fish paste
- The smoked fish is cleaned of the skin and put in a blender or food processor. We must pay special attention so that the fish do not have bones.
- Crush for a few minutes until creamy and very fine.
- Depending on your preferences, if we want it not to be a fine paste but we want a different texture, we can mix less, so that the whole pieces of stains remain small.
- After mixing the fish, add the cream cheese (or cream) and mix well.
- Then add the butter, season with salt and pepper, then add the lemon juice to taste.
- Serve with toast, finely chopped dill and green onions.
Fish is a very healthy food and it is good to include it in the diet as often as possible. Fish paste is a handy way to diversify the menu and convince even the most capricious to eat fish.
Potato salad with smoked fish
Potato salad with smoked fish, fasting. With onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, leeks and mustard dressing. It is also good with canned fish, tuna or sardines. The pieces of smoked fish (mackerel, herring, salmon) give it a special flavor. This salad is prepared very quickly if you have boiled potatoes in your skin (and cool).
The dressing in the jar is the same as in Fasting potato salad & # 8211 recipe here. It cooks very quickly, in a few seconds. It is very tasty with canned fish: tuna dishes in its own juice or in oil, sardines, etc.
This recipe is suitable for a menu of Diet Rina – starch day (with potatoes but no fish) or protein day (with smoked fish but without potatoes).
Russian salad with smoked fish (suba salad)
Russian salad with smoked fish, in her short name, salad salad, is a recipe that I have wanted to try for some time and I have implemented it now for New Year's Eve. It's a kind of beef salad but not with beef but with fish. Not with peas but with beets.
In translation it would mean fish wrapped in suba (ie in thicker clothes). And it is, as the name suggests (translation) a combination of well-placed fish, "wrapped" in a few layers of vegetables. And the little mayonnaise is so good for an appetizer salad, right?
So we need some smoked fish, which you want, which you like best. It can be mackerel, it can be even more precious than salmon. Some potatoes, onions, carrots, beets, mayonnaise and eggs.
Boil the vegetables, grate them or chop them in the case of onions and then start placing layer after layer. Not forgetting the mayonnaise. The secret of the taste is exactly mayonnaise. Because they do not mix but remain in layers as you put them from the beginning. That's why you have to boil the vegetables in salted water to have a slight taste. Or, better in some soup / meat juice & # 8230 You can season them after that but if you are not used to eating too much salt it is enough to boil them in salted water without adding salt to the salad afterwards.

The way you arrange the layers is optional. I did research on the net and I did different ways to arrange them so I opted for onions, fish, potatoes, carrots, beets but I don't think it's wrong and another way to put them on top of each other.
You can arrange the salad in different ways. As you can see in the picture, you can put it in a roomy yena box, so that the colored layers can be seen or, if you have metal rings, you can use them by filling them. Leave the rings until the next day when you take them out and you can serve the salad in a different way. Don't forget to mount the salad in rings directly on the plate / plate on which you will serve the salad.

What do we have here it is not a food itself. It is not a recipe that you can necessarily eat on your own. Although, if you like it as much as I do, you might eat it anyway, without other dishes. I put it in the & # 8220Aperitive & # 8221 category. In other words, it is recommended to eat with a beef salad, meatballs and others at a hearty meal. It is quite heavy on iron, so it is not recommended to eat it in industrial quantities. Or, finally, it's not necessarily hard to iron, the problem might be with me. I eat it every time with such appetite that I often find it hard. But the same thing happens with anything I'm too hungry for, so I avoid eating anything when I'm too hungry. And I've noticed that it works that way, at least in my case.
Returning to the recipe, I must say that it is refreshing and tasty (at least, to my taste).
Not everyone really likes it, for example, my sister doesn't like it, but how I like it, so this recipe clearly has its place on this blog.
Salmon salad suitable for any time of the day
To prepare this delicious recipe salad of salmon smoked you need:
smoked salmon fillets
100 gr goat cheese
3-4 cherry tomatoes
6-7 lettuce leaves
two sprigs of green onion
100 gr olives
oil, vinegar, salt, pepper
How to prepare smoked fish salad?
For this salad recipe Smoked fish I recommend the mackerel. Of course you can also use herring or other types of fish, but I think mackerel is best.

It doesn't take you long to prepare it and it is the kind of salad that can stay from one day to the next without changing its taste in any way.
Boil the potatoes in salted water. When the fork enters them gently, they are ready. Drain the water and let the potatoes cool, then peel and cut into cubes.
The tail, spine and skin are removed from the fish (if the skin cannot be detached, there is no problem, it is left like this), then it is cut into small cubes.
Peel the onion and finely chop. Mix the fish, potatoes, onions, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add mayonnaise (minus 2-3 tablespoons, which stop for decoration) and mix. Place the salad on a plate and garnish with the remaining mayonnaise. The way of presentation remains at the discretion and imagination of everyone.
Method of preparation
Cut the potatoes into cubes of about 2-2.5 cm.
We prepare the stove and a pan in which we put water. Add salt and potato cubes. Let it boil until a fork easily enters the potatoes.
We cut onion scales. We cut the smoked fish fillets into pieces. If we want we can remove the skin.
We prepare a bowl in which we put the olive oil. Add the apple cider vinegar. Season with salt. We put the mustard. Mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous sauce.
When the potatoes are cooked, turn off the stove. Prepare a strainer and drain the potatoes well, shaking vigorously. Pour the potatoes into a large bowl.
Put the onion and the smoked fish pieces. Pour the mustard sauce on top. Season with ground pepper and salt, if needed. Mix lightly, so as not to crush the ingredients, until we obtain a homogeneous salad.
Taste and season if necessary. Serve hot, but also as a cold snack the next day.
Smoked fish salad
A very tasty and nutritious salad. It is not very difficult to make and after it is ready you will see that it is worth dedicating some time to this salad with smoked fish. The high caloric content and the amount of fat are not a problem because this food is not consumed every day and in addition the fats are 95% of vegetable origin.
Ingredients for eight servings of smoked fish salad
& # 8211 200 grams of smoked trout
& # 8211 650 grams diced potatoes (about five medium potatoes)
& # 8211 200 grams grated celery (1/2 root)
& # 8211 200 grams grated carrots (two medium carrots)
& # 8211 a tablespoon of olive oil
& # 8211 120 grams pickles
& # 8211 200 grams red onion (a large onion)
& # 8211 a dill connection
& # 8211 a red pepper
& # 8211 100 ml apple cider vinegar
& # 8211 two tablespoons brown sugar
& # 8211 salt and pepper.
& # 8211 250 ml sunflower oil
& # 8211 two eggs
& # 8211 mustard
& # 8211 lemon.
How to prepare salad with smoked fish
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and boil them with a little salt and a tablespoon of olive oil. Leave for about 15-20 minutes or until soft. Remove and allow to drain and cool.
Chop the dill (leaves only) and pickles and place in a separate bowl or over the potatoes (if cooked).
Carrots and celery are grated on a large grater.
Chop the onion and pepper and place over the carrots and celery.
In a separate bowl make a mixture of vinegar, sugar and 200 ml of water and leave to boil. Roast onions, peppers, carrots and celery for about 7-10 minutes. Remove the vegetables in a colander. After draining, put in the bowl with potatoes, cucumbers and dill and leave to cool.
Make a mayonnaise from two eggs (one raw and one boiled) and 250 ml of sunflower oil as in this article.
After the vegetables have cooled, add the mayonnaise, a little salt and pepper and mix well.
Break the smoked fish into small pieces, add over the vegetables and mix well. Watch out for the bones! Season with salt and pepper.
You can use any other smoked fish, but I chose trout because I found no additives.
The costs for eight portions of smoked fish salad are about 25-30 RON (2015 prices).
